I lost my keys :(

I really cannot count the number of times I have lost the keys to home. I visit so many places each day and I am bound to lose my keys. Also another problem with having keys is that my old house tenants still have the keys and I am not able to convince my owner to change to new locks. According to him he cannot afford to change the locks every time new tenants come in. His points is really correct buy what about the security !! .
